Job Description

1.Domain, Hosting management, Server Management- disk space, server usage management, backups, configuration, renewals, L1 Tech support
2.Installation of Web panels - WHM/WHMCS, Cpanel, Plesk
3.Basic Troubleshooting,Monitoring, Backup

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Should be aware of Linux terminal commands, shell scripting, Cloud Platforms - AWS & Azure
2.Must handle support ticket for Linux / windows Hosting Clients on call / ticket / chat
3.Practical knowledge of WHM / C Panel / Plesk / WHMCS is must
